Alberta Olivia Lang is a visionary strategist and respected leader with over 23 years of experience advancing equity, workforce innovation, and strategic partnerships across the public, private, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors. Her work has focused on building bridges between business and community, creating purpose-driven collaborations that empower individuals, strengthen institutions, and foster lasting impact.

During her distinguished career at CVS Health, Olivia held multiple leadership roles, including Lead Director of Diversity Management. She led national initiatives such as the company’s first Faith-Based Advisory Council, the Faith-Based Social Justice and Equity Initiative, Ecumenical and Interfaith Collaboration, the Second Chance Roundtable, and the Business Partnership Training Series—each designed to connect corporate strategy with community transformation. She also co-created CVS Health’s inaugural Faith-Based Colleague Resource Group and was instrumental in launching a groundbreaking corporate partnership with the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.

Olivia is widely recognized for her ability to lead with integrity, inspire high-performing teams, and design enterprise-wide solutions in areas such as social justice, health equity, workforce development, and interfaith engagement. She has received numerous awards for her leadership, including the National Eagle Leadership Award and multiple honors from the National Black Caucus of State Legislators, where she served as a Corporate Roundtable leader and Chair of the Youth Committee for several years.

With degrees in mental health, theology, and human resources, along with specialized training in faith-based consulting, Olivia brings a unique and holistic perspective to her work. Her commitment to collaboration, innovation, and service continues to shape how organizations create impact where people live, worship, and serve.
